UK SHIPPING
Orders are usually despatched within 1-2 working days. Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity. When placing a custom order a time frame for despatch will be agreed prior to payment. Once completed, orders will be handed to a local courier for next day delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders are despatched from United Kingdom and estimated time of arrival is between 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination country. R&A Laser Services does not charge VAT upfront, any local VAT must be paid by the recipient prior to delivery.
RETURNS
RETURN CONDITIONS
The return cost must be covered by the recipient unless the product is faulty. Products must be returned in their original packaging and with all items in the box. If you would like to return a product please contact us via email at AndradaPatiu@ra-laserservices.com within 14 days of purchase.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Customised products are not refundable, however, exchanges might be offered depending on the issue. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if there are any issues with your order and we will discuss next steps.
